HOW IT WORKS
Order your keepsake in three simple steps: just choose what you'd like on the website, place your order and send me your clothes - I'll do the rest!
1. CHOOSE AND SEND YOUR CLOTHING
Once you have placed your order, it's time to start choosing your clothing. This can often be the hardest part! Take your time and have fun reminiscing about all the memories those special items hold. If you need any help with choosing which items to send - just pop me a message. Your 'next steps' email will give details of my address and other important information.

When you package your clothing, if you think there is anything I need to know, pop a note into your parcel. You may have special requests about layout or design - I will do everything I can to make your ideas work.
2. YOUR KEEPSAKE IS MADE
RECEIVE YOUR KEEPSAKE
Once your keepsake is complete, I will email photos and advise you of the dispatch day for shipping. I will ship your keepsake via a tracked delivery service, and you will receive an email via Royal Mail with a tracking link to follow its journey home. Your keepsake is then yours to treasure forever. Don't forget to share and tag your own photos - word of mouth is what keeps my small business ticking over and I appreciate every bit of your support.

Once I receive your parcel, I will email to confirm receipt. Then the fun begins - I will set to work designing and making your chosen keepsake. Keep an eye on my social media stories and you might see a sneeky preview of yours being made!
Your keepsake will be made and posted within the month you have been allocated (two months ahead of order date, e.g. orders placed in January are for March turnaround). If you have ordered a sweatshirt, your order will be made within 4-6 weeks of the date I have received your clothing. Please let me know of any deadlines for special dates and I will do my best to accommodate these.
